Penny Boyd, ACE-CPT
Penny is a certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist with a passion for helping clients achieve healthy lifestyle goals.
Born and raised in Lebanon, she excelled in soccer and golf at Lebanon High School, earning a scholarship for her performance on the golf team. She went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Oregon State University and obtained her personal trainer certification in 2018.
In her free time, Penny pursues a variety of hobbies including working out, spending time with her husband and son, baking, cooking, hiking, biking, golfing and shopping.
Layton Kirsch, CFSC
Layton is a certified functional strength coach and assists clients with meeting their strength and conditioning goals.
He has a passion for and has pursued specialized training in deadlifts, box jumps and depth drops.
Away from the gym, Layton enjoys kicking back and indulging in nourishing, soulful cuisine.
Angie Smith, CPT
Angie is a certified personal trainer, strength coach and sports nutrition expert. Her passion and personal experiences led her to a career where she could apply her skill and knowledge to help others achieve their fitness goals.
As an accomplished endurance athlete, Angie began this journey in her teens with softball and swimming, then in college, she discovered a love for running, cycling and hiking in the Oregon mountains. Some of Angie’s major accomplishments include competing in 15 half Ironman and 14 full Ironman events, including the prestigious World Championship in Kona.
When away from work, Angie enjoys quality moments with her family, engaging workouts with friends and playing with her miniature schnauzers.
Brady Vernon, ACE-CPT
Brady is a certified personal trainer and health coach dedicated to helping his clients achieve their fitness goals since 2018. He teaches group fitness classes and embraces a holistic approach to health and wellness. Specializing in isometric exercises and fascia training, he uses effective methods to enhance strength, injury resistance and overall performance.
Following a plant-based diet, Brady prioritizes balance in his life, from wearing barefoot shoes to maintaining a consistent bedtime routine. Outside of fitness, he enjoys learning the keyboard, playing tennis and ping pong and spending time with his wife and cats. He also believes that no day is complete without bouncing on a mini trampoline-engaging workouts with friends and playing with her miniature schnauzers.
Jackie Welter, ACE-CPT, USPA Coach
Jackie is a dedicated powerlifting coach and state referee with the United States Powerlifting Association. She holds multiple national and state records in her weight and division classes.
Her passion for fitness began in her teens, where she embraced various sports and physical challenges. Over the years, Jackie has completed marathons, participated in powerlifting competitions and even enjoyed salsa dancing. With over two decades of experience in the fitness industry, she thrives on personal training, coaching athletes for powerlifting events and leading group fitness classes.
In her free time, Jackie loves to salsa dance, shop and spend quality time relaxing with family and friends.
